We have introduced an additional hourly cleaning schedule to our usual routines, particularly focusing on door handles, toilets, surfaces, etc. Our staff have been provided with gloves and anti-bacterial gel, and where appropriate face masks. We have asked our staff to sanitise their hands regularly and particularly in between transactions. In the event of a first aid incident on site, our trained first aiders will respond wearing the recommended personal protection equipment of gloves and a face mask.
Cleaning will take us longer than usual. We will therefore be asking our guests to vacate at the slightly earlier time of 10am.
We are sure you will understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic and doing our very best to re-open campsite safely in difficult circumstances. The safety of our campers and staff is paramount. We will not be able to honour any pitch requests for individuals or campers who were intending to come as a group. This is the only way that we can open the campsite. We appreciate that groups may be on site together but we will not be able to pitch you together and we expect you to also respect the government guidelines. To show our compliance with social gatherings we will not be operating our group deposit policy.
The River field will be potentially open every day for the rest of season in order to create the required space and distance for our campers. This will depend on numbers and is entirely at the discretion of management. The River Field will no longer be free pitching. We will show you where to pitch in order to ensure that there is enough distance between you and the other campers. As always, there will be no caravans or motorhome allowed in the River Field and no electric available.
All normal terms and conditions continue to apply to all visitors and can be found on our website.
